# Expression Module
This module provides functions for reading expression data from files and extracting data for a specific tissue.
## Usage
To use the `Expression` module, first import it:
julia using Expression
### `getExpression(filename)`
Reads expression data from a file and returns a DataFrame.
- `filename::AbstractString`: The path to the file containing expression data.
Example:
julia expressiondata = getExpression("path/to/expressiondata.tsv")
### `getTissue(df, tissue)`
Extracts expression data for a specific tissue from a DataFrame.
- `df::DataFrame`: The DataFrame containing expression data.
- `tissue::AbstractString`: The column name corresponding to the tissue of interest.
Example:
julia tissuedata = getTissue(expressiondata, "Tissue1")
Replace `"path/to/expression_data.tsv"` with the actual path to your expression data file.
